He lost the WFC Title when he was attacked by HaVen and faced Wesley Crane, battered and unprepared.
Not receiving a one on one rematch, but a Fatal Four Way Match, he fell short at Anniversary when Dutch Hagen pinned Wesley Crane to win the WFC Title.
But Luke Langley returned, in top form, and shot right to the top of the contender’s list…and on February 4th, the WFC Title is on the line in a rematch from one of the best matches in WFC last year: Dutch Hagen vs Luke Langley II!
When Luke and Dutch fought, each man jockeyed for a strong advantage and a decisive win, but it was instead the wily nature of “The Smoking Ace”, trapping Hagen in a jackknife cradle out of a Dutch Oven attempt, that led the win.
Hagen walked away from that match injured, but roared back stronger than ever, regaining the WFC Tag Team Titles before winning the WFC Title.
But now these two fierce warriors stand across from each other…no Thrash, no Crane, just one on one.
May the best man win.
