WFC returns to Tulsa to raise money for the fight against childhood cancer
Tulsa, OK— February 4th, 2023 — Wrestling for a Cause is proud to bring the finest in family friendly professional wrestling entertainment to The Cypress Event Center at 1150 S. Sheridan Rd in Tulsa, Oklahoma to raise money for the family of Z’Riyah, a brave young girl who passed away on November 19th, 2022 after a fierce battle with cancer. Featuring top regional wrestling talent such as WFC Champion “Dirty” Dutch Hagen, “The Natural Born Villain” Tim Rockwell, “The Smoking Ace” Luke Langley, “The Showcase” Alex Royal, “Big Metal” Thrash, “Shotgun” Dan Webber, and featuring the long anticipated return of “The Soul of WFC” Mr. Nasty, plus many more, Wrestling for a Cause promises an amazing night of professional wrestling entertainment for the whole family. WFC promises an experience like no other, promising a top notch experience of not only wrestling, but fan interaction, and the WFC Kitchen, home of WFC’s World Famous Pulled Pork Nachos.
Though the rivalries and physicality are very heated, everyone in WFC understands that these events are driven by a larger purpose.

The Fight Against Childhood Cancer
WFC Founder and President Tim Rockwell founded Wrestling for a Cause after holding a benefit show for young Ryder Herring for the now defunct Compound Pro Wrestling. Celebrating 11 years in October, WFC has continued to honor the spirit of Ryder’s battle, which gave birth to this crusade and has raised more than $178,000 for kids battling childhood cancer and their families all over Northeastern Oklahoma.
“WFC does more than wrestle for a cause,” said one parent via a Facebook post, “they fight alongside your baby and you and they don’t stop when the battle is won; they continue to rejoice and fight alongside other children and their families.”
