Hometown Heroes is just a few weeks away as we prepare to step into the ring for Ranulfo. Ranulfo was diagnosed with Pre B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia at the tender age of 5 on August 29, 2022. Since then, he has undergone numerous platelet and blood transfusions, extended hospital stays, surgeries, severe reactions to certain chemotherapy drugs, clinical trials, kidney issues, and neuropathy. Despite intensive chemotherapy and multiple lumbar punctures, Ranulfo continues to inspire his family with his unwavering strength and determination. Now 8 years old, he is gradually returning to school, enjoys playing video games, and values time with his family. He is currently receiving treatment at the St. Jude-affiliated clinic at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa.
